We are an authorized distributor of VAPPRO, a chemical product for rust treatment and corrosion control based on new sophisticated Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) technology.
VAPPRO prevents corrosion by emitting VCI molecules, saturate the enclosure and adhere / passivate on the metal surface. The VCI molecules / ion form thin film (3 micron) throughout all metal surface, exposed and recess areas. This way of work makes VAPPRO a very ideal product suitable to various applications, like rust prevention, maintenance, corrective, metal packaging media and high salt/ sea transportation.
Preventing corrosion with old method of greasing or oiling onto metal parts is no more necessary. It will save cost of oiling or greasing and degreasing in terms of labour cost & time involved and cost of secondary packing.
VAPPRO has more than 150 chemical VCI products depend on each application, many of them has successfully attained accreditation from NATO (Nato Codification Number # 6850-32-xxx-xxxx) as a chosen product for preventive corrosion of their military vehicles and equipments.
